Bad Days

Regular phones, cell phones, Email, snail mail, text messages, television, Web sites, fax machines, radio, pagers, People in general! --- We face more distractions in One Day than our ancestors probably faced in a Whole year!!! --- so seems like, to me, that no matter how Positive we are and no matter how much we try to keep the Positive Thinking thing going ---- All these Great advances seem to produce enough interruptions to rattle even the Most Positive, Go For It individuals on this Planet!!
There is a saying ---- “What you believe, you become.”
So many of us have internal blocks to concentration that eat away at our confidence and affect our productivity and performance in All of our lives ---- personally and professionally and take away All the Positive in our lives and we end up in this Hole that we cannot get out of.
Those self-defeating thoughts and excuses bring a lot of Negative things like that 'I Cannot' attitude, being tired all of the time and not feeling good or just preoccupied to the point of everything just not being right. This 'Baggage' that we carry ---- it does not matter where it comes from! The only thing that should really matter is getting it Gone!! Erasing the Negativity and embracing, wholeheartedly!, a Positive, Focused believe that things can and will get better and re-grooving the actions, attitudes and emotions that control our lives in a Positive way!
Past failures and mistakes are where they are ---- leave them there!
We All experience setbacks in All the aspects of our lives, But do not let them knock you down!! Keep going with a renewed commitment that things Will be successful!!
When things start taking tough, find that inner reserve to do whatever it takes to make whatever you are doing into the most Positive, Wonderful Thing that you can!
I have had some Bad stuf come into my life and without having that Positive thing going on I would have never survived it!
